These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of oet-bank.com (the “Website”) and the purchase of products offered by Solo Group Co., Ltd. (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our Website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Website.

1. Use of Materials

  • All products purchased from OET Bank are for personal use only.

  • You may not copy, share, resell, distribute, or modify the materials in any form.

  • Purchases grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the content.

2. Purchases and Payments

  • Payment information is securely processed by Stripe. We do not store customers’ full credit card information.

  • All prices are displayed in USD. Applicable taxes, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout.

3. Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, purchases are non-refundable.

  • If you experience a technical issue accessing your download, please contact us for assistance.

  • This Refund Policy applies to digital products (PDF downloads). Subscriptions to the OET Bank App are governed by section 3A “Online Practice Service (OET Bank App)” below.

3A. Online Practice Service (OET Bank App)

In addition to our downloadable materials, we provide an online practice service, the OET Bank App, at https://app.oet-bank.com (the “App”). This section applies to your use of the App. The rest of these Terms also apply to the App unless this section says otherwise.


1. Accounts

To save your progress or to access paid content, you need to create an account, either with an email address and password or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. An account is for use by one person only. You must not share your account or login details with anyone else, and you must not sell, transfer, or sublicense access to your account.


2. Subscription and Automatic Renewal

Full access to the App is provided as a monthly subscription. The price is shown on the App’s Pricing page and on the checkout page before you pay; any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Your subscription starts when your first payment is completed and renews automatically every month, and you will be charged at the start of each new monthly period, until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe.


3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the App by going to Account → Manage subscription. When you cancel, your subscription ends at the end of the monthly period you have already paid for. You keep full access until that date, and you will not be charged again after it.


4. Refunds for Subscriptions

Subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide full or partial (pro-rata) refunds for the unused portion of a monthly period, including when you cancel partway through a period. This does not affect any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

For clarity: the “All sales are final” policy in the Refund Policy section applies to digital products (PDF downloads). This section applies to App subscriptions.


5. Acceptable Use

The App and its content (including questions, answers, explanations, transcripts, and audio) are for your personal, non-commercial study only. You must not:

  • copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or resell any content from the App;
  • use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or any other automated means to access the App or to collect its content;
  • attempt to bypass access restrictions, or interfere with the security or operation of the App.

6. Changes to Content

We may add, update, correct, or remove practice materials in the App at any time, for example to fix errors or to improve quality. We do not guarantee that any particular material will remain available for the whole of your subscription.


7. Price Changes

We may change the subscription price. If we do, we will notify you in advance by email or in the App. The new price will apply from your next billing period after the notice. If you do not agree to the new price, you can cancel before it takes effect.


8. Suspension and Termination
If you breach these Terms (including by sharing your account or copying content), we may suspend or terminate your account and your access to the App without prior notice. In that case, fees you have already paid are not refunded, to the extent permitted by law.


9. Free Content
Some materials are available free of charge. We may change which materials are free at any time.

4. No Guarantee of Exam Results

  • OET Bank is an independent provider of preparation materials and is not affiliated with the official OET exam or Cambridge Boxhill Language Assessment.

  • While our resources are designed to support your preparation, we cannot guarantee exam results or outcomes.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this Website, including texts, designs, and materials, is the property of Solo Group Co., Ltd.

  • Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We make every effort to ensure accuracy and reliability, but we do not warrant that the Website or products will always be error-free.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of our Website or materials.

7. Governing Law

  • These Terms apply globally. By using our Website, you agree to comply with all applicable local laws in your country of residence.

8. Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
