• Payment details (Payment information is securely processed by Stripe. We do not store customers’ full credit card information.)

• When you use the OET Bank App (https://app.oet-bank.com), we also collect:
  – Account information: your email address. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google.
  – Learning history: the answers you submit, your scores, and the dates and times of your practice sessions.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Process and deliver your purchases

• Provide customer support and respond to inquiries

• Improve our website and services through analytics

• Send important updates related to your order or our services

• We use your App account information and learning history to:
  – provide the App, keep you signed in, and manage your subscription;
  – show your progress and practice history to you;
  – improve our scoring and our practice materials (for example, by reviewing answers that were marked incorrect to find acceptable alternative answers).

We use cookies and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website and to improve your experience. You can disable cookies in your browser settings if you prefer.

The App uses cookies that are necessary to keep you signed in. These cookies are required for the App to work. The App also uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors move through the site, such as which practice sets are opened before subscribing. Analytics data does not include your email address or your answers.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is only shared with trusted service providers (such as payment processors) necessary to operate our services.

To operate the App, we use the following service providers, which process data on our behalf:
– Supabase: user authentication and database (account information and learning history)
– Vercel: hosting of the App
– Cloudflare: delivery of audio files
– Resend: sending account-related emails (such as sign-up confirmation and password reset)
– Google: sign-in with Google (only if you choose to use it)
These providers may store and process data outside your country of residence, including in the United States (see “6. International Users”).

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. However, please note that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

As we serve healthcare professionals worldwide, your information may be processed outside your country of residence. By using our website, you agree to this transfer of information.

Deleting your App account: you can ask us to delete your App account and the associated learning history by emailing info@oet-bank.com from the email address registered to your account. We will delete your data without undue delay, except for information we are required to keep by law (for example, payment and tax records). If you have an active subscription, please cancel it from Account → Manage subscription before requesting deletion.
