Quick Tips (3 Common Pitfalls)

• 1. Detail precision counts
  Don’t stop at “back” — write the specific site mentioned. Here, the doctor says “lower back and fingernails,” so missing “lower” or “fingernails” loses the mark.
• 2. Adjective accuracy
  When describing features, use the exact adjective you hear. For example, “itchy” and “silvery” both describe different aspects of the patches — confusing or omitting them would be marked wrong.
• 3. Treatment side effects vs. reasons
  If a treatment is discontinued, note why. Here, “Coal Tar Shampoo — discontinued due to the smell.” Writing “stopped using shampoo” is not enough — the reason is required.
